Job Purpose: To support overall leadership of inbound and outbound functions. Ensure quality and productivity goals/standards are achieved. Job
Responsibilities:
? Ability to identify and solve problems as they arise
? Ability to drive a lift truck
? Lead a high-performance team
? Develop associates
? Regularly communicate and prepare feedback to the Assistant Manager/ Manager on the performance of associates
? Assist with input on support associates'' performance reviews (annual and mid-year)
? Maintain department quality and productivity metrics
? Research any irregularities as they arise
? Attend management meetings
? Ability to make fact based decisions in a fast paced environment
? Disposition non-conformances
? Participate in the daily activities of shipping/receiving as needed
? Support inventory management
? Assure efficient operations of all parts functions including bin maintenance and cycle counts
? Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

? Ability to follow ISO 9001 process guidelines Experience/Education/Certification Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
