Demonstrates professional etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with customers.
Resolves patient/customer complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action.
Ensures order processing procedures facilitate seamless operation between departments and/or other branch offices.
Performs quality control checks on subordinate staff.
Identifies errors and inconsistencies to established procedures and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken.
Troubleshoots problems regarding orders. May also act as back-up to subordinate staff and/or carry workload similar to a Senior Customer Quality Specialist.
Schedules, coaches and organizes work assignments.
Ensures work is performed accurately, efficiently and timely.
Monitors staffing requirements based upon order volumes and makes appropriate adjustments to staff and/or process as appropriate.
Provides training for new employees.
Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures, and ""best practices"".
Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required.
At least five years related experience is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
