We are hiring one candidate immediately for this position.
You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including but not limited to painting, drywall patching, pool maintenance, identifying leaks, etc.
The goal of this position is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.
Responsibilities Assist in investigating and identifying water leaks Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, etc.
) Escort and assist contractors when necessary Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace doors and AC units, etc.
) Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.
g.
pool and spa) and other tasks as assigned (painting, drywall repair, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, etc.
) Skills Maintenance technician background is required Experience as condominium maintenance technician is desired but not required Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Basic understanding of electrical and other systems is desired but not required Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Good physical condition and strength Ability to work independently and remain motivated Must be able to read, write and comprehend English Must be able to utilize a hand radio Ability to follow oral instructions Job Type:
