Cashier responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts, interacting with customers, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of POS systems.
You will be the link between the customer and the kitchen staff.
Ultimately, you'll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Manage transactions with customers using POS systems Monitor online delivery systems and ensure orders go out properly Collect payments whether in cash or credit Issue receipts, refunds, and accurate change Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information Maintain clean and tidy areas Distribute orders to customer and provide napkins and utensils Help cooks with light prep, cooking, or cleaning during slow times Skills Work experience as a cashier or in a similar role in sales or food service Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS Basic math skills Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction-oriented Ability to work together with co-workers and kitchen staff Job Type:
