Pearl City, HI Pearl City, HI Full-time Contract Full-time Contract From $20 an hour From $20 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Cameo Consulting Group, LLC a management consulting practice based out of Alexandria, VA, is seeking multiple General Clerks to support on-site at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) in the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
GENERAL DUTIES:
Must have excellent verbal communication skills for interfacing with military and civilian customers.
Answering phones, taking messages, handling mail and scheduling appointments.
Operates scanners, copy and fax machines, and electronic storage media such as hard drives, CD/DVDs and thumb drives to process electronic records within established deadlines.
Reviews, Organizes, and Maintains a high volume of documents, data, and other materials related to the district's electronic litigation records system.
Determine the need for organization, document management, assembly and preparation of documents and data sets.
Use a variety of applications to search and retrieve information necessary to complete assigned tasks:

, an internal case management database, files located on shared file network, and external sources such as court records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The following qualifications are required.
Experience and expertise in performing the requisite services described above.
At least 2-years of related experience U.
S.
Citizenship and ability to obtain adjudication for the requisite background investigation Federal experience is preferred PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
