This assignment will start ASAP and go through end of the year, possibly longer.
This location is not bus accessible, so candidates must be able to get dropped off or have reliable transportation.
Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:
30am-4:
30pm Location Pearl City, Oahu Pay $17 an hour Responsibilities Answer phone calls and relay messages to appropriate staff members.
Perform general clerical, database, and scanning support services.
Work closely with Accountant to track project expenses.
Prepare reimbursements for approval.
Prepare invoices for reimbursement.
Ensure that government records are protected against unauthorized disclosure.
Assist with compiling and maintaining monthly hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Must have previous administrative experience and some light accounting knowledge.
Knowledgeable with using a computer.
Strong communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain organized.
Ability to multi-task.
